- Cancellation requests made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the check-in time will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total room rate. The remaining 30% will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours to the check-in time will result in a 100% cancellation fee, meaning the full amount of the total room rate will be charged and no refund will be provided.
- No-shows (guests who fail to check-in on the reserved date without prior cancellation) will also be charged 100% of the total room rate as a cancellation fee.
- For bookings made through third-party websites or travel agencies, the cancellation policy may differ and guests are advised to refer to the terms and conditions of the respective booking platform or agency.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the official website of Leisure Stays.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.
- In case of early check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the total room rate for the remaining unused nights as per the original booking.
- The cancellation policy may be subject to change during peak seasons, special events, or promotions, and guests will be informed of any such changes at the time of booking.
- For any modifications or changes to the reservation, guests are advised to contact the hotel directly and the cancellation policy will apply accordingly.
