Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation requests made 72 hours or more prior to the check-in time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total room rate. The remaining 70% will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation requests made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the check-in time will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total room rate. The remaining 30% will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours to the check-in time will result in a 100% cancellation fee, meaning the full amount of the total room rate will be charged and no refund will be provided.
  4. No-shows (guests who fail to check-in on the reserved date without prior cancellation) will also be charged 100% of the total room rate as a cancellation fee.
  5. For bookings made through third-party websites or travel agencies, the cancellation policy may differ and guests are advised to refer to the terms and conditions of the respective booking platform or agency.
  6. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the official website of Leisure Stays.
  7. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  8. In case of early check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the total room rate for the remaining unused nights as per the original booking.
  9. The cancellation policy may be subject to change during peak seasons, special events, or promotions, and guests will be informed of any such changes at the time of booking.
  10. For any modifications or changes to the reservation, guests are advised to contact the hotel directly and the cancellation policy will apply accordingly.
